Spectacular views, friendly staff, the free shuttle service made exploring the surroundings very convenient, and the well-stocked room with thoughtful amenities like an electric kettle and poolside snack bar made our stay incredibly enjoyable.

the namaka had gorgeous views and very kind staff. we loved the three pools, especially the one with the swim-up bar. it's cool how the hotel offers free shuttles to help you navigate the steep hills, making it easier to explore. the daily breakfast was a delight, full of variety.

i would strongly recommend.

Request fresh towels in advance to avoid delays at the pool. The staff is generally accommodating.

Unfortunately, the noise level was quite bothersome, especially during the late hours when we could hear conversations and furniture being moved next door.

Very big rooms with ocean view

The villa upgrade provided stunning views and privacy, complemented by friendly buggy staff eager to assist. Unfortunately, hot water issues persisted for two days, and despite numerous requests, maintenance was unresponsive. While the dining experience was satisfactory, the water quality was concerning, with brown discoloration at times. Fortunately, the breakfast offered a variety of dishes, enhancing the overall experience.

The pools here were amazing, especially the infinity ones with stunning sea views. The whole vibe was just relaxing, and the stylish rooms made for a perfect sanctuary after a long day. Making use of the shuttle service was a breeze, especially for the steep hills.

The breakfast was solid, plenty of options to start the day off right and the views from the room, wow, fine. Also had a lovely clean and spacious room close to the pool, it felt lucky for us.

The free shuttle service to town wraps up at 5 PM, which can leave you scrambling for a taxi later in the evening. Plus, the nearby beach isn’t at all appealing for swimming, so you'd need to venture further to find a decent spot.
